Often they leave because the support structures that should hold them through the difficult moments (a promotion, a return from leave, a shift in role or responsibility) weren't there. And confidence, once it starts to fade, is slow to rebuild without the right help.

Coaching Programmes
For organisations who want to offer structured, one-to-one support for specific employees (women returning from maternity leave, new leaders, employees at risk of disengagement) I offer bespoke coaching programmes. These can run alongside existing HR support structures or sit independently.
Programmes typically run over one month (4 sessions) or three to four months (12 sessions), depending on what the individual needs. Both are fully tailored.
I have particular experience working in the Gibraltar business community, including with companies in the gaming and financial services sectors.
Workshops
My workshops are practical, direct, and designed to move people, not just give them a framework to forget by Friday! Topics include...
Imposter Syndrome: Understanding where it comes from, what it costs, and how to work through it. This is my most-requested workshop. It covers the confidence and self-trust piece too, because the two are rarely separate. Works particularly well for companies with high proportions of high-achieving women, fast-growth environments, or teams going through significant change.
Returning to Work: A 90-minute session for employees coming back from maternity or extended leave. It covers the confidence dip, the identity shift, and the practical reset of finding your footing again in a role that may feel both familiar and different. Can be delivered 1:1 or in a small group, and works well as part of a wider return-to-work programme or as a standalone touchpoint.
Change Without the Chaos: For organisations managing restructures, redundancies, or fast-shifting team dynamics. Change is disorienting even when it's positive, and this session helps people process the confidence knock, find their footing, and keep moving with purpose.
All workshops are tailored to the organisation and can be delivered in person (Gibraltar and southern Spain) or online.
