Specialised coaching for parents
After 11 years in HR, I witnessed first hand how challenging it was for people, especially parents, to return to work after a career break. I saw talented professionals struggle with self-doubt, shifting identities, and the constant juggle of work and family life. Too often, this led to disengagement, a loss of confidence, and ultimately, resignations. For businesses, the impact was clear: lost talent, reduced productivity, and rising turnover costs.

But it wasn’t just something I observed, it was something I lived. Becoming a parent myself, I faced the same struggles. The self-doubt. The identity shift. The question of who am I beyond being a mum? It was only after investing in my own personal growth, working with a coach and mentor, that I started to break through those barriers.
I rediscovered my confidence, reignited my sense of purpose, and found a way to balance both my career and my identity as a parent.

That’s when I realised: this is what I’m meant to do.
To help other parents navigate this transition, reclaim their confidence, and step into a life that feels aligned and fulfilling, both at work and at home.
